6 lbs Whole Chicken Wings
1 Bottle Smoken Jacks Honey Jalapeno Infusion
1/2 Cup Smoken Jacks Original Rub Seasoning

Rinse wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place wings in bowl and coat with seasoning on both sides. Pour Infusion over wings mix well. Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours. Smoke at 225-250 for 3-6 hrs. Bake at 350 for 1-2 hours turning every half hour. If grilling make sure you grill on low heat. The sugars in the rubs and sauces will burn if not monitoring grill.

1 Whole Chicken
1 Bottle Honey Jalapeno Infusion
1/2 Cup Original Rub Seasoning

Preheat grill med-low. Rub chicken with seasoning until chicken is coated well. Put beer or water in the beer butt cooking rack and then place chicken on rack. Cook chicken until internal temp. reaches 180 degrees Baste chicken with infusion and let cook for 3-5 minutes and repeat 1-3 times. Carve and enjoy!!!

1 Block Cream Cheese
1/2 bottle Honey Jalapeno Infusion

Pour over cream cheese and serve with your favorite cracker or tortilla chips.

1 Large Brick Velveeta Cheese
1 Bottle Honey Jalapeno Infusion
1-2 lbs Bulk Sausage or Ground Beef

Brown meat in skillet. Cube cheese into 1-2 inch squares and put into a microwave safe bowl, pour Honey Jalapeno Infusion over cheese and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 5 minutes, stir and repeat until cheese is melted. Add browned meat and serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetable tray.

1 Stick Real Butter (softened)
1-2 Tbls Honey Jalapeno Infusion

Mix butter and Honey Jalapeno Infusion in bowl. Layout a 12 inch piece of plastic wrap and spoon mixture in the center of plastic wrap. Bring horizontal ends together and roll mixture into tube form, and twist ends and tuck under. Place in freezer until ready to use. Top off grilled meats, seafood, or fish. Also great on warm breads and biscuits

1 Recipe of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
(Buttermilk or 2% Milk)
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2-4 Tbls Honey Jalapeno Infusion

Mix dressing together and then add Sour Cream and Honey Jalapeno Infusion. Use for Salads, Vegetable dip, or with your favorite crackers. Also as Sandwich spread or Wrap.

2 racks of babyback pork ribs
1 lb smokenjacks original rub
2 sheets of heavy duty alumium foil 4-5 inches longer than ribs
1 bottle smoken jacks orginal or hot

Rub ribs with seasoning on both sides. Layer the sheets of foil on top of one another. Stack the ribs in the center of the foil. Seal up all edges and place in refridgerator for 12-14 hours. Preheat grill to medium high heat and place ribs on top rack away form direct flames. Ribs should take 2-2 1/2 hours. When done remove from foil and let cool for 10 minutes. Turn grill to low and place ribs back on grill and baste both sides with bbq sauce 1-2 times or or use the sauce for dipping.
